Outward Bound USA’s 2020 Major Fundraising event of the year is going VIRTUAL!
Now more than ever, You Are Needed.
Join us to explore the Outward Bound's educational experience and the resilience it builds among participants as individuals and as a “crew.” Together, we will reflect on Outward Bound’s organizational impact during the coronavirus pandemic and reaffirm our goals for a stronger and better tomorrow.
In a 45-min virtual experience, you’ll hear a lively discussion on access in the outdoors and the importance of nature (especially now) between Sally Jewell, Global Board Member for The Nature Conservancy and former U.S Secretary of the Interior and Rue Mapp Founder and CEO of Outdoor Afro and Outward Bound Alumna. You’ll hear from Angela Lee Duckworth, New York Times #1 bestselling author of Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance, as she shares the significance of grit and resilience. You’ll be inspired by highlights from Outward Bound’s 11 Regional Schools and our student communities.
This year we have sponsorships, VIP tickets, and general admission opportunities. Sponsorship and VIP tickets include special giveaways, access to our pre-event cocktail class, an intimate circle up with our featured speakers and community recognition.
